Trying to Retire

We are trying to retire and are selling our land and home as this has been our retirement plan since 1992 when we built the house. There are 63.1 gorgeous acres and a home that is just under 1600 square feet including a large screened in porch. The home is well off the road and is situated in the woods between 2 ponds.
